For all other insurance plans, I am considered an Out-of-Network provider.
- Superbills provided monthly for reimbursement
- HSA / FSA cards accepted
Payment
Payment is due at the time of session. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards via a secure client portal.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is reserved exclusively for you. Consistency is key to the therapeutic process.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations are subject to full fee.
